One of the biggest surprises and sensations to come out of Associated Films got his start in film as a surprise character. Matthew Clark was no stranger to the camera, but was virtually unknown to the public outside of the small cult following. Clark started his career by forming Flomar Picutres together with actor and long time friend, Anthony! Ardisone. Based out of Whittier and working on limited production budgets, the work they accomplished there (Dancing Deathfoot, Secret Of Deadly Mountains, Shotgun Alley) was limited in success, but the hopes for an even brighter future were apparent.
  Following a short term with the US Navy, Matt left the structured lifestyle of the military to return to his first love, film. Using Anthony! as an in, Matt was able to merge in to a new and exciting film group based in Orange County: Associated Films. He quickly landed a non-speaking part in Horchata's Commandos, a small role which would take him far.
  In 2002, he found himself caught up in the production of Riverman. His work as the stunt coordinator naturally fit him in to the part of Basil Rattbone, the expedition's gun-toting adventurer. The combination was explosive. Clark delivered to the audience breath-taking stunts with witty smugness.
  Matt was tapped again for Pursuit 2: Hit & Run and Pursuit Kids: Hit & Son. He also matched his singing voice to the tune of Amnesia: The Musical and several other Associated Films entries to Scavenger Fest. All the way, he stayed an integral part to Associated Films' success by providing motivational and moral support.
  His next big part was in Questioning The Answers: A Story Of Seth In Jeopardy! Cast as Mykka Thorsen. Once again, Clark brought comedy to the screen as a relaxation guru assigned to help Jeopardy contestant, Seth Alcorn, be able to breathe properly. His performance helped round out the cabal of odd characters with odd professions.
  Matt Clark's presence within Associated Films has been as welcome amongst its members as it is with their audience. Each appearance has brought laughs, suspense, and intensity unparalleled to anyone else in his league. In the future, we can expect heavy doses of this radiant star. (December 2004).
