Asif Husain's first appearance in an Associated Film was in Horchata's Commandos as Dirty Sanchez. Though he never sought to be an actor, the casting director for HC approached Husain about the role. After his audition, the director and producers rewrote the script to help tailor to Asif's natural "dirtiness."
  Despite notable acting skills, Husain refrained from acting in more movies, choosing to work in the public relations sector to promote Associated Films and its subsidiaries. A surprise revisit to the silverscreen was made on October 5th, 2002 in the sneak attack movie, Pursuit 3: Wang Chung Express. His stellar dialogueless acting and unique smugness earned him acclaim from critics around the globe, causing world-wide "Husanity."
  Since then, Husain has not mentioned any future plans to expand on his acting career. Returning to the promotional frontlines, it is apparent he is happy doing the important work in this sector. However, we all expect Asif Husain to spring forth from the screen once again.  (March 2003).
