Not Los Angeles in 800 x 600 Resolution
Right click over the icon of the background you like. Select Save As Wallpaper, and it will change the background image you had to the one you right clicked. Make sure your display setting are at center or stretch. You can preview the picture by left clicking it with your mouse.
